Pack the Equipment
Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and components that were included at the time of sale.
Ship or Drop Off
You may return the item in person to any of our store locations for immediate processing, or ship it back to our main distribution center using a tracked courier service.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians have inspected the returned equipment to confirm its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
